Cooler Party Helpful Hints
  • Make your reservations early
  • Skating instructors are available upon request for an additional fee. Please let the customer service representative know if you are interested.
  • You will be required to pay the cost of the initial package upon making your reservation.
  • Confirm your skate time and party room time, as these times are very important and are scheduled the day your reservation is booked.
  • On the day of the party, we suggest arriving 15 minutes early to greet your guests. This can be don in the lobby, or the customer service representative can send them to meet you.
  • You and your guests should go directly to our birthday party sign in area, designated by a sign at the front desk, upon your arrival.
  • Each guest that is skating must sign in to receive a wristband, used for skating and skate rental.
  • Skate rental for ice and roller skates is inside the ice rink.
  • After check-in, please re-check your party room time with a customer service representative
  • Party room time, is the time spent in the party room, and is limited to 45 minutes, while skating time is the time that your guests skate out on the rink.
  • Please be on time to your party room, as you will not receive extra time if you are late.
  • Absolutely no outside food is to be brought into The Cooler except for birthday cakes and ice cream.
  • The Cooler supplies all paper products as well as a host or hostess while while in the party room to help with your party
  • Tipping your host or hostess is allowed, but not required.
  • The Cooler is not responsible for any personal items lost or stolen while at the facility.
  • Do not leave any valuables in your car.
  • Skate at your own risk.
