Learn To Play Registration

AAU Membership is required before registering for the LTP Floor Ball or Roller Hockey Class! The cost is $12 and can be purchased here by using Club Code GAH095AKB0.  Please have your AAU Number on hand for registration.

Learn To Play Floor Ball Hockey 2012A

For ages 4 to 6. Learn the great game of hockey before you skate. Skills taught will consist of stick handling, passing, shooting and the basic concepts of the game (offense, defense, etc.) Players will be divided into 6 teams of 3 players each to play 3 vs. 3 games with no goalies cross floor. This is a six week program for 1 hour. There will be 45 minutes of instruction followed by 15 minutes of game time each session. Maximum players per session is 18.

Equipment requirements for this program are:

Helmet - HECC approved
Full Facemask (HECC approved) - Based on helmet size and make.
Gloves
Shin pads
Stick - Proper height is just under the chin.

General Information

Each program costs $120.00 and includes a team jersey.  All players must have all required hockey equipment. (See requirements for each on the right side of this page.

Beginners' packages are available at the Blue Line Pro Shop. 
Skates are not included in the lesson cost or the beginner’s packages. 

Rental skates are available through the Cooler for an additional $2 per lesson, or the professional staff at the Pro Shop will be happy to fit your player with the correct size skates for a $20 fee (waived with the purchase of a pair of skates).

Learn To Play Roller Hockey 2012A

For ages 6 and up. Learn the great game of hockey on your skates. Skills taught will consist of proper skating techniques, stick handling, passing, shooting and the basic concepts of the game (offense, defense, etc.) Class is for ages 6 and up. It is highly recommended the child goes through a Learn to Skate program prior to participating in the Learn to Play Roller Hockey program if they have no prior experience. This is a six week program for 1 hour. Maximum players per session is 20.

Equipment requirements for this program are:

Helmet - HECC approved
Full Facemask (HECC approved) - Based on helmet size and make.
Internal Mouth Guard
Gloves
Elbow Pads, Shin pads
Athletic support and protective cup
Inline Hockey Pants
Stick - Proper height is measured with skates on.  Stick should come just under the chin.
